Best Brine Yet

This thanksgiving I decided to do several turkeys to accommodate the amount of family attending. I have brined my turkeys for as long as I can remember. I have gone with DIY recipes to packaged kits and jars. Many equaling or exceeding the cost of the birds. This cook I did a side by side with a very "well known" brine kit and my recteq Poultry Brine. Although all enjoyed the meal the favorite (unsolicited) was the recteq Poultry Brine. The most frequent comment was "best breast meat ever". It's now part of my seasoning inventory.
