Lab Charge Ionic Air Purifiers

I ordered a pack of 3 air purifiers, arrived as scheduled.. 2 of the purifiers work as advertised but the 3d air purifier immediately started humming rather loudly and buzzing. I then switched locations and replugged into different outlets and even switched power cords from one of the other air purifiers… same results. I then called the company and left a message but no call back. I waited 2 days then sent an email to the company explaining my issue. They got back to me and gave me known solutions to try which I did… and they were exactly the same as I had tried. I sent back that in my response to them and they said a replacement would be ordered…. BUT then I received another email stating that I needed to send a video of the issue before a replacement would be made. Why all the hassle as the first 2 work perfectly as expected, but the 3rd unit is defective in some way? They say there is a 30 day guarantee and also a 2 year warranty.. what gives. Thank you

My wife ordered these lab charge ionic air purifiers for our place because I have allergies. They are wonderful I sleep through the night. I don't wake up stuffed up. I thanked my wife, now I'm thanking you all.

This my second order of three. One of the ones first purchased is making a unusual humming sound but appears to still be working. I've hardly dust anymore! 😍
