Tea is a soothing well balanced blend of herbs to promote relaxation and sleep. The flavours are smooth and calming and the aroma is lovely. This tea has become part of my nightly routine that I look forward too 😊

Love this Product
I have been using for a while now and can hardily recommend this for anyone who has difficulty relaxing. Nothing like a good cuppa!!! This tea has a great flavour , it is not harsh and relaxes quite nicely!!
