犬と猫がいます。2匹とも水を飲みに行こうとするとポンプが作動して水が出てくる事に戸惑っていましたが、すぐ慣れて問題ないです。フィルターの交換も教えてくれるのでズボラな私にはありがたいです。 何より、掃除のしやすさに感動です。今まではポンプの掃除も大変でストレスでした。 一つ難点を言えば、うちの猫は足が短いのでそのままだと飲みづらそうでした。給水機の前に爪研ぎを置き足場にしています笑笑

Excellent water fountains. So easy to clean. Because of the opaque tank there is an ongoing awareness of water level. Very quiet operation. One drawback is the lights on the base are on 24/7. I had originally set up a fountain in the bedroom but did not like the blue light shining all night. Fountain has been relocated. My Bugg (Boston/pug) prefers the D1 model. My Japanese Chin prefers the E1 model. Both dogs can drink from both models. Thank you for these excellent fountains.

Dog and Cat love it!

Previous fountain type water dispenser was the impeller pump type. I was always concerned with long term use and wear on the electrical impeller pump seal. With the Elfin - no worries at all - and no slime! The dog took to it right away, the cat was a little more cautious, but she caught on quickly and now loves it. Well built and is so easy to clean and refill. And I no longer have fear of the seal breaking and the animals exposed to dangerous electricity. Wonderfully engineered.
