Good fountain but better customer support

When we first got this fountain, it was loud due to the pump hitting against something. It was so annoying that I was going insane. There was no refund so I reached out to customer support to see if this was actually how loud it’s suppose to be or if it was defective. They were supportive and recommended to replace the pump. However we had the kit to replace the pump already so I wasn’t really expecting it to be fixed by that. However, they sent us a replacement base and that actually solved the problem. It is actually quiet and I don’t even noticed any sound. I’m glad that I can actually use it and didn’t just waste money on this. 10/10 customer support as well. Love the product now and thank you to the support team for being compassionate and supportive.

Finally! The fountain I’ve been waiting for!

The D1 Pro Fountain is fabulous! Furry friends will love having fresh water available via several modes (smart, timer, and continuous). Pet parents will love having a choice of power mode (plug in or battery) giving them the flexibility to place the fountain wherever they choose. The fountain has a sleek modern design with a semi- transparent water well which makes it easy to see when it’s time to add water. The ease of cleaning, the whisper quiet mag drive technology, and the fact that there is no pump or other electrical components in the water well make this fountain one of the best and safest pet fountains available today.

Cats love the fresh water, I love the quiet

We got the D1 for our cats, since there's three of them and it's scorching where we live. They stand on hind legs to use it like a human water fountain, which is adorable. They love having fresh running water all the time, and I love knowing they're hydrated. On my end, I appreciated the efficient packaging with little waste. Setup of the fountain was very easy and fast. I waited to write the review until after I had done a filter change and clean, and I think that process was also simple. No complaints. I'm most impressed by how quiet the fountain is. I'm autistic, so that was exceptionally important to me since I really struggle when there is continuous noise happening. Honestly, this fountain is so so much quieter than I thought possible. It makes less noise than my refrigerator, which I am SO grateful for. It's quiet enough that I don't even have to use the timed feature. I'm cool with it just filtering water continuously. Also, in an age where so many appliances use AI and WiFi even if it doesn't really need it, I super appreciate that this fountain can be run entirely analog.
