Great Taste!

Taste great, smells absolutely amazing. More citrus-y and less vanilla/almond than I imagined, but delicious! Don’t let “Professional Strength” fool you, to really enjoy its flavor you’ll probably want to use 1+ TBSP ( I use 2 in a standard size home cake recipe when I want it to shine as the main flavor). My only fault with it is that (as others have said) the bottle comes without any kind of safety seal.

Seems ok

The flavoring seems ok and smells ok. However, the year on the expiration date is smeared, which makes me suspicious. I am sure it is fine for now. The shelf life is yet to be determined.
