A bit to excessive on the Ethiopia Sidamo medium roast beans.

Great service and accounting, BUT I find in comparison to other Ethiopia Sidamo region select beans your roasting is a bit too much and can back off a bit to better bring out true flavours of the beans as a medium roast. perhaps offer a roasting customization?
