Really nice medium roast I use for espresso. Tested with my first bag and now I just reordered 4 more! Bet you’ll like it too

My only complaint is that there is no roast date on the bag, the best by date is about 6 months from now which doesn't tell me much. There was no aroma to the beans when I first opened the bag, though that could have been because they were shipped on a very hot day, there was more of an aroma the next morning. In the first espresso it tastes darker than the beans look, not much sweetness and I don't get too much of a chocolate flavor, but I do get the blood orange and cherry flavors coming through. I'm thinking that making it as a ristretto will help that chocolate flavor come through and hopefully more sweetness.
