I love this set up it gives you the great way to get the best seating position so you can get the best out of your equipment I also turned the gear shifter stand into a perfect cup holder 😁

Ok! So… my review of the Art Cockpit from a 6’6” (198cm) tall old man. Coming from a fold away rig, it’s a whole new world! That said, I’m really impressed with the quality considering the price point. It’s a solid piece of kit. Building the rig is straightforward. The online manual is helpful, but not essential. The design is simple and sturdy. Trust me, as a product designer, I can assure you designing something simple is very complicated! The great thing is the adjustability. I was concerned that I would struggle for leg room. The opposite is the case! Obviously I chose to use the longer joiner pieces on first construction, it soon became clear that the shorter ones are more than enough. The seat (RS12) was the most challenging part to assemble. The online manual for the assembly of the seat adjuster mounting is a little vague but I worked it out in the end. Once installed, you have a really well made, comfortable, spacious and great looking seat with a high back that even I don’t make look like dolls house furniture. The pedal mounting plate is nice and adjustable and holds my Fanatec V3 pedal assembly firmly and at the perfect angle. The wide wheelbase mounting shelf has the ability to be slightly angled to achieve a perfect wheel angle and position. That, combined with the sliding mechanism for the mounting to the frame, gives a lot of options. Having my DD Pro mounted so solidly really boosts the force feedback information. I didn’t opt for the additional monitor mount and I’m glad I didn’t. There’s no problem with it, it’s just my eyesight is such that it would e too close to me to see. (Old man issues!) Would I recommend. Obviously! I can’t help thinking that the Art is a more solid option than a more expensive aluminium extrusion rig but, since I’ve never owned one, I can’t say. The only downside, for me, is the rig’s overall height. It’s very low. Great once you’re in, but a bit of a struggle to climb out of. Again, old man stuff! In conclusion, the Art is everything I have come to expect from GT Omega. It’s just great quality and design. In fact, now that I have bought mine, I can say that the current price is not a good reflection of its quality. I wouldn’t have been disappointed if it was £100 more.

I can't tell you much about the rig because my daughter threw me off of it and she is now using it. :) 10/10 I've been off of my pc for weeks now.
