ART HOTAS Flight Stick Mount

I bought the flight stick add on for my ART cockpit as it said it fitted all major brands, naming Logitech. So I was convinced it would fit my X52. And it doesn’t. I called GT Omega to ask advice. Was the kit missing a part? Was it just me being a bit dim? I spoke with Thomas and explained the issue, for him to say “What do you want me to do about it?” Well a bit of aftersales support and better customer service wouldn’t go amiss would it? Anyway we got into details about the fact it advertised it fitted Logitech gear yet it didn’t fit mine, and Thomas asked for photos. I sent these across and it came back I needed yet more items from their store that would make it fit. Not convinced by this (as it should’ve fit the kit I bought), and left with a bitter taste regarding GT Omega’s customer service after the first remark from Thomas, I set about creating an adapter plate from a sheet of stainless steel. As I have the ART cockpit I kinda had to suck this up and find a way to make it work, but I’ll definitely be shopping elsewhere should I need a new sim rig in the future. First impressions really do count and unfortunately in the case it wasn’t a pleasant experience.
