Great fermentation tool
I use this when packing sauerkraut into a mason jar. The flat ends work better than a wooden spoon. I can get all the cabbage below the liquid line before adding a fermentation weight.
It’s a beautifully turned piece of wood and fits well in my hand. So glad Mama Hoss added it to their website!
