I received my Hoss Complete Fermintation kit it's really nice now I have to learn how to use these neat little gadgets I've always had to do it the old fashion way and way more time consuming hopefully this will cut it in half fingers crossed.

I think its great
I haven't got to use it yet. It is very well made and the receipe book has a lot of interesting things to make. Have never done this before so i'm excited..Worth the money.
