Defective customer service, ignored by customer service
I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I ordered a necklace which arrived with a visible defect: one of the balls was broken and you could clearly see the white part inside. For a necklace sold by a luxury brand, this is unacceptable. At first, Minerva ignored my emails. When I finally received one response, they claimed that the defect was because the necklace is “unique,” which I of course challenged, because there is a clear difference between a unique handmade piece and a visibly broken item. After that, they continued ignoring me both by email and on Instagram. In the end, I had to pay €10 myself to return the defective necklace, and I still have not heard back from them. I am now left wondering whether they will even refund me properly, including the return shipping costs. This has been a terrible experience. I cannot imagine a brand that sells expensive necklaces treating customers in such a rude and careless way. If this is not resolved properly, I am prepared to take this further through consumer protection channels, as this is not acceptable under customer rights and return policies. Very disappointing and definitely not the service I expected from a luxury jewellery brand!!!
