Second chance

I ordered the large Ona bag with an insert to have more compartments however, the items each had their own problem. I believe the bag might’ve been defective and the insert wasn’t sewn properly as it had loose thread I had to cut myself. Ultimately, I returned them. The return process was annoyingly time consuming with emails and pictures were requested multiple times. Having said that, I want to give the bag a second chance because my friend and colleague has one which looks great and she loves it. Hoping for a positive experience the second time around.

Beautiful, But Not as Practical as I Expected

The Ona is my favorite bag, and I thought the perfect upgrade would be adding more pockets and the security of a zipper. However, after using the organizer, I realized that, apart from the added security, it wasn't really necessary for me. In fact, I feel that it significantly reduces the bag's capacity, and instead of keeping everything organized, it actually creates more clutter inside. It makes the interior feel more cramped than I expected. That said, I absolutely love the aesthetic. I have the Ona in Sage and chose the organizer in Cobalt Blue, and the two colors look beautiful together. The combination is stylish and adds a lovely pop of color.

Travel Essential for Keeping My Bag Organized

I bought this for travel, and it made a huge difference. I always know where my essentials are instead of digging through everything. I kept my passport, chargers, lip balm, pens, and other small items neatly organized and easy to grab. If you travel often or just want to keep your bag tidy, I definitely recommend it.
