Hola!! La verdad que los pendientes son preciosos y me enamoré nada más verlos! Pero tengo que decir (desde el cariño) que pesan mucho… amo los pendientes grandes y diferentes, por ello siempre busco que sean cómodos y en este caso, tengo que reconocer que pesan mucho y es lo único que diría que le falla. Pero de verdad que son preciosos y el diseño me chifla!

Not a great experience
I love love love the earrings, but it took longer than their quoted 40 days for them to arrive. There were no updates throughout the process. Then when they finally arrived, they were not inside the box but instead floating around in the packaging, which meant that they were damaged. I had to take them to a jeweller and pay to get the earring pins straightened before I could even get them into my ears. It was all more trouble than it was worth if I am entirely honest...

Disappointing Customer Experience Overshadowed the Product
I would not recommend the Gildas earrings, not necessarily because of the product itself, but because of the overall customer experience.
The delivery took considerably longer than expected and, despite several exchanges with customer support, I was never given a clear indication of when the order would actually arrive. This was especially frustrating as I had explained from the outset that the earrings were intended as a birthday gift for a prominent individual within Portugal's online community, making the timing of the delivery particularly important.
When the earrings finally arrived, they were packaged in a cheap plastic bag, which immediately gave the impression of a mass-produced industrial product rather than a handcrafted piece.
Overall, there is a significant mismatch between the premium pricing and both the quality of the service and the presentation of the product. While the earrings themselves may be acceptable, the purchasing experience fell well below expectations for a brand positioning itself in this segment.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend Minerva to others.
