This is our fourth year ordering crab from your company. The product is always amazing! But I also want to give a shout out to your employees this year: Our shipment said it was going to be held at our local UPS office over the weekend, when it was supposed to be delivered on a Friday. I panicked because we were hosting on Saturday! I made a call to your customer service where it’s very easy to get a real person on the line (shocking in the day and age, I know). He told me he would reach out to our local UPS and see what was going on. Within 15 minutes he called me back, said he had put in the request for it to be delivered the next day. I wasn’t sure if it was really going to happen but at 3 PM on Saturday our crab was delivered! A Christmas miracle:) I can’t thank you all enough for making that happen. I am sure dealing with large shipping companies is not always easy.
