Novice Cellist Upgrading to Performance Bow

I'm a fairly novice cellist with a student cello. Compared to this kit carbon fiber bow that came with my cello, I really feel like I can tell a difference in the sound quality and the ability to refine my technique. It has a really nice build quality and balanced feel to it.
