CodaBow Prodigy Violin Bow

The bow is acceptable for the price and quality. Not a bow to brag about.

I thought all bows from your site were inspected and rosin applied. This bow had 2 loose hairs and no rosin.

Wanted a decent carbon fiber bow, and Coda Bow has such good reviews, but I'm a small (5') woman and have found that a 3/4 bow is better for my bowing. The Prodigy, being the only Coda Bow to come in that size, was my only option. But, boy, am I pleased with it! So comfortable to play with, the balance seems just right for me, and the tone seems so nice. (I'm a fiddler.) I had to purchase this over the phone as I'm far away from Vancouver, and the staff person was super friendly and helpful. (Zack, I think.) The bow was shipped out that same day, and reached me two days later. A great experience all around. Thank you, everyone at Kennedy Violins!
