Wow, what fun!

We sold our NexStar5SE in the hopes of finding something quick and easy, yet with actual viewable images. I have only had the chance to do one test so far, but suffice it to say, I was thoroughly impressed. In minutes, I was taking pictures of Jupiter and sharing my telescope feed to 3 phones and an iPad. This made it possible to share the experience in real time with everyone. I love it! Looking forward to better weather.

Unistellar odyssey

I purchased my Unistellar-odyssey from Astronomy Plus and I couldn't be more pleased! The unit arrived 4 days after placing the order. It was packaged extremely well and there were no issues with damages. Using this smart telescope is every bit as easy as advertised. You simply set it up, turn it on, connect to to app and it does the rest! I observed 3 objects on my first night and my expectations were far exceeded! The Omega Nebula looked spectacular after only of few minutes of exposure. The images appeared on my tablet with stunning detail and vivid colours. I feel like I have my very own mini Hubble Telescope at home! The database contains hundreds of objects to view, so this will keep me busy for years to come! While the price point on this smart telescope is substantially high, I truly feel it is worth every penny. This is a perfect unit for a complete beginner with no experience.
