I prefer to work with small companies. For several reasons.. Smaller companies rely on every sale, they are more likely to help you get the correct product at the best price. The real benefit is after the sale. CS and tech support are more likely to be local and not in a call center in India. They will have better product knowledge and you are more likely to speak to someone who understands how English is spoken in the US. Outbound Power fills my requirements very well. Thanks guys
