Men's Packable UPF 100+ Windbreaker

Excellent piece of kit

This item is fantastic. I've just returned from hiking in the UK's Lake District in heatwave conditions and I was so glad to have it wth me. This windbreaker is so lightweight & packs down to a small size. It is really well designed in terms of the fabric used and the light colour has a higher albedo, which kept me cool. The hood, pockets, draw cords and overall fit are excellent. It's worth noting that this is an Ametican design, so for Btitidh males, the zip is on the other side, but that's fine. Great price & delivery speed. I've never used Pioneer Camp gear before, but I'm impressed with the philosophy behind their brands. I highly recommend this item whether you are a mountaineer or just enjoying more sedentary activities.

Winderbraker - Torin Liversedge

When I got this, I was sure that my Arcteryx winderbreaker was exactly the same product. Which was good because I could compared the two. Pioneer camp is much smaller when compacted, easier to pack into a bigger bag. Pioneer camp is much more breathable when running, often I wouldn’t get sweaty in my pioneeri camp, but sweaty in my Arcteryx. The hood fits great, especially when running it’s not too big and doesn’t loom over you, my Arcteryx winder breaker when I run the hood bounces up and down all the time, to have this jacket not do this is great. I love my Arcteryx, I have these two jackets right beside each other, I have by far used my pioneer camp jacket way more than my Arcteryx. Very light and breathable jacket, great quality for the price compared to other brands.
