Caramel Vibes

Every morning I mix an electrolyte packet into my coffee. I have tried ALL the different kinds of electrolytes (I used to only use the LMNT chocolate variety), but since trying this one, I have been hooked. Perfect salt/sweet balance and the price is comparable to LMNT.

Delicious.

sprinkle half of a packet in my custard drink in the morning. Adds delicious flavor and electrolytes. Best of both worlds

I use it daily in my morning protein smoothie, along with the Salted Caramel Syrup. Reminiscent of a McD’s Caramel Frappe, but is TOTALLY HEALTHY!!
