Keto Chow Lemon Meringue

Good flavor, hard to blend

This was a good one too - the lemon meringue is mild, but definitely there. The only issue is that it doesn't seem to blend well with heavy cream. I do put it in my Ninja blender which usually does the trick, but noticed that the cream didn't integrate as it should have. Not sure if it's 'user error' or what, but that made it less satisfying to drink. But the flavor was great!
