This variety of Unity is literally the best whole bean coffee we have ever tasted. Balanced, fragrant, low/no acidity. We have only pulled espresso shots making lattes and americanos so far. Granted we are new to the home barista game, but out of the dozen or so bags we have tried, this is #1 by far.
