We love it. It keeps things cool. Its easy to wash in diswasher. I was hesitant due to reviews stating its heavy but its much lighter than my glass containers that we were using before.

Broke the first time we used it, not customer support

The lunchbox broke literally the first time our 5yo brought it to school. The teacher told us it broke when trying to open it. I immediately made a claim to customer support; they never got back to me.

Great lunchbox that my daughter loves. Its a good size for her 4 yr old appetite though I wish I had the option to buy a little dip or sauce insert to go within it like the other lunchbox has. The one issue is that she does struggle to closethe clasp
