Customer service was excellent both on-line chat and on the phone. Oven was probably the best packaged appliance we have ever received, very impressed. Still having to get used and learning how to use the glass cook top ( our first ), very different than coil top. Oven performs very well and is very accurate on temperatures. It is slower to warm up to temperature than we were accustomed to but we are adapting. Overall, we are very pleased with the entire experience from ordering to shipping and operation.

I wanted a touch screere no longer available

I wanted a touch screen free range to replace my GE because parts were no longer available. So I figure that a knob operated would last longer. Rangaire range is really nice and also a bit less deep than most range with is perfect for my kitchen. My only concern is the gasket on the oven door is attached only at the corner and wonder is this will last.

Interior of the oven door is selling feature for me.

I love that the interior of the oven door is not recessed for the window, as this provides the perfect place for spills to seeps between the glass. The inside of the door is a piece of glass that runs straight across. This is a common design in Europe, but difficult to find in the US, except for the built-in wall ovens. I'm enjoying the air fryer function. Everything works as expected. Delivery was very awkward and disappointing. Three attempted deliveries before the date I requested and lots of messaging and foolishness. Final delivery person was great.
