BELVEDERE 10

I ended up keeping a different pair (Belvedere , which I love). I returned the Belvedere 10s as they did not fit. Vuarnet has has the return in hand for over a week since August 19th per confirmed receipt by UPS. However, the return shows as "return in process. " Customer Service has been unhelpful via email correspondence. Despite multiple emails, no one has taken the simple step of opening the return shipment and starting the refund process. No one answers the phone when you call the Customer Service line. It is extremely disappointing and not in keeping with what I would expect from a company like this. While I love the pair I own, I will think twice about ordering from the online store in the future.

This pair of sunglasses is hands down the best I’ve ever purchased. I get compliments everywhere I go and the anti glare really is nice. My favorite aspect of these is the PolarLynx technology. I will be more than happy to buy another pair of PolarLynx shades.

Super nice, just not right for my face.
