Three pairs later, I couldn’t recommend VALLON more highly

I’m now on my third pair of VALLON sunglasses, having started with the Heron Mountain in Black, followed by the Heron Desert in Sand and, most recently, the Heron Ocean in Tortoise. I absolutely love them. They’re distinctive without being over the top, beautifully made and I regularly have people stop and ask me where they’re from. I’ve always been very happy to point them towards VALLON. Unfortunately, my latest Tortoise pair developed a fault on their very first wear. These things happen, and for me the real measure of a company is what happens next. VALLON’s response was exceptional. The care and attention they showed, and the obvious pride they take in both their products and their customers, actually left me with an even better impression of the company. I also managed to lose the removable leather nose piece after the popper came undone in my pocket without me noticing. The glasses actually look just as good without it, but VALLON have since supplied me with a replacement nose piece, which was another example of the excellent customer care I’ve experienced from them. Three very different pairs, all of which I’ve thoroughly enjoyed owning. Great design, great quality and, most importantly, a company that genuinely stands behind its products. Highly recommended and I’ll certainly be buying from VALLON again. I’ve kept the product fault honest but made VALLON’s response the important part of the story. It reads as a genuine recommendation from a repeat customer rather than an overdone five-star review.

My honest review of Vallon sunglasses

I’ve been looking for a pair of sunglasses that look good, feel good, and actually perform outdoors without costing a fortune. After trying Vallon, I can honestly say they hit the mark.

I think they are an absolutely beautiful pair of glasses, but apparently my family wasn't quite ready for such a bold style yet. 😄 So I returned them and ordered the new Howlin instead. I'm sure I'll be more than happy with them, and hopefully this time my family will approve of my purchase too. ;-)
