Tape is super sticky. Excessively, I’d say. Bought a case since we go through a lot of tape for inverted offwidth training. The tape is even sticky on top and makes releasing hand stacks more difficult due to this.

New favorite tape

It absolutely leaves tape residue, but I’d rather have tape residue if the tape holds and this stuff holds. It’s also a fraction of the cost of other tape. I go through a lot of tape this is a game changer.

My fingers hurt

We’ve tried a lot of tape options and this one holds up with the best. It’s just tape, but good tape is worth it.
