I’ve been buying your coffee beans for at least 15 years. I purchased them at Chef Central in Paramus. Then in Chef Central inside the Bed Bath & Beyond store also in Paramus. I only drink espresso. I now order the beans directly from you but still can’t recreate the Espresso beans (cafe espresso) which was the best espresso bean I’ve ever had. It was dark black and very oily. You only had it for Chef Central. I’ve been trying to recreate it since I really can’t get a straight answer when I call in. I’ve had many different blends from you and would really appreciate a response on exactly how to order the exact espresso coffee that you originally made for Chef Central. Hope I get a response.
