The Kenya Ruthagati AA is a special bean perfectly roasted. When I opened the bag and breathed in the aroma I knew the flavor would be superb. I put a good amount of unground beans in a sachet bag and will use it as an aroma therapy boost. Grinding the beans makes for an interesting sound and an even better unbrewed aroma. Brewed, the coffee brings energy and alertness like no other, and the flavor coats the pallate and is delightful taken black, wonderful with A2 milk too; no sugar needed or Splenda either. Masterful brew; the roast is perfection.
