Repair kit for Stealth- side-release buckles

Snapped on easily and locked right in. Just survived their maiden voyage at RAGBRAI with much clipping and unclipping and rough treatment.

Easy install and sturdy. The hardest part was getting the old buckle off the strap, but once these were installed, my panniers were like new.

The buckle opens to allow for adding to a sewn loop, but is ineffective in a ladder lock position which is what my pannier required
