TLDR: Better than smooth PEI, but not a home run. The matte texture is somewhat delicate. I've been using this plate mostly for ABS. The G10 was recommended to me after my Glacier lost adhesion after only a month with ABS. Unlike that plate, this one does require the higher end of temp ranges. Since my heat bed only goes up to 100°, I have to use liquid glue for ABS to adhere, but that's no fault of the seller or this plate. I've had some trouble with PLA & PETG adhesion too. The Discord reccomends lightly sanding with 0000 steel wool (wear a mask!), which helped a bit but I have more experimenting to do (brims, first layer nozzle temp, etc) to achieve trustworthy adhesion. I've also noticed this plate "scratches" easily (dings leave shiny marks). Auto bed leveling leaves shiny dots across the plate and larger marks are visible on the bottom of your print. This is probably a property of garolite rather than a quality issue. Just be aware if you want this for the matte texture.

Excellent Adhesion, Smooth Finish, and Great Support
I got the G10 for my H2C because it was recommended for its smooth finish, and it absolutely delivers. The surface is about as smooth as can be. Adhesion has also been excellent. I tested it with a full plate of small PLA snowflakes, and almost all of them stuck well. Only a few failed to hold cleanly. It has also been great for holding supports, even silk supports. I've also used it to print ABS with much success. Ben, the owner, was very responsive through email. He answered all my questions and put my concerns at ease about possible defects and returns. He is also very communicative in his Discord channel. I guess my only minor quibble is that it isn't read by the plate detector, and I get an error thrown up, but that's pretty inconsequential to me since I can ignore it with a tap from my phone. I could turn off plate detection if it really bothered me. Overall, I’m very happy with the plate. Smooth surface, strong adhesion, good support performance, and solid customer service. I will be buying more plates from Ben in the future.

Failure with ASA
I have a Bambu P1s with a Chitu heater. My max plate temp is 100, with the Chitu heater the chamber gets to about 75. I let it heat soak for about 1/2 hr before starting. I had success with Bambu ABS at max 100 plate temp - barely - sometimes the purge strip at the front of the plate does not stick and fouls up the print, and soon as the plate temp drops to under 90 it pops off, so not a lot of leeway temp wise. I just tried the same print with Bambu ASA - plate temp at max (100) with the Chitu heater full blast. Purge strip did not stick. The print failed at about level 26 of 81 - about 1-1/2 hrs into a 4 hr print, with two of the three objects loosing bed adhesion and causing a mess, The 3rd piece was lifting at one corner, so it too was no good even though it stayed on the plate. I also bought one of these for my Snapmaker U1, and it will probably be even worse there. These plates have no advantage, and maybe a little worse than what I had been using with ABS and ASA. I did try it with a small TPU print (68D) as a test (no heated bed) and it worked well. I did not try it with any other filaments. I bought them for ABA and ASA. If I could return them I would. I don't need a $50 and $60 plate for PLA and PETG.
