Arrived As Fresh As Expected

After the prepping the while fish for aging. I tasted the cheeks as sashimi and they were delicious. I am getting impatient of tasting a 10-day Aged Salmon!

Incredibly fresh!

Upon receiving our first whole salmon, my wife and went to work on cutting up sections to vac seal and store. We actually had some raw and it was some of the best sashimi we have had!! So excited to begin our subscription.

Whole Salmon

This was my first order of Bakkafrost Fresh Whole Salmon. I'm in Nebraska so my Tuesday order arrived on Friday. It arrived cold and in perfect condition. I had the scales removed by Bakkafrost and that made preparation easier. Faroe Islands Salmon is the best I've had, so beautiful and flavorful. I plan to order again and again.
