Amazing product, customers service and on going support
I'm new to PEMF, but after booking in for surgery and learning that it could support healing and recovery, as well as potentially improve HRV (mine is a terrible 39 ms, no matter what I do!) and support the parasympathetic nervous system, I started researching it more deeply. The more I read about the potential benefits, the more interested I became.
I spent a few weeks scouring the internet, going back and forth between cheaper options from Chinese manufacturers and the more premium PEMF mats. In the end, I decided not to compromise when it came to my health. I'm also trying to consciously support businesses run by decent people who genuinely care, and I got that impression of BEST CELLF.
After reading so many wonderful reviews and seeing Candice's genuine dedication to her customers, I went for it. I purchased the Compact Mat because I wanted something I could move around the house and take away on weekends, so the smaller size suits my lifestyle perfectly. Although, if I could, I'd definitely love to own the full Body Mat for the complete experience!
The product itself is beautifully made. It feels incredibly sturdy and luxurious, and the controller is sleek, intuitive, and easy to use. I also like that it has 4 coils rather than 2 which a lot other mats on the market seem to only have. I also love that you can either use the preset frequencies or switch to manual mode for more flexibility. The booklet included is packed with helpful information, so even as a complete beginner, I felt confident knowing where to start.
I've just had my surgery but in the lead up to it I've been using it sporadically while I work to help with the afternoon slump, P3 while chilling and reading, and P4 before bed. I don't know if it's just a coincidence, but on the three nights I used P4, my Oura Ring sleep score increased from my average of 85 to 91, 93, and then 93 (all on different nights), along with a longer-than-usual REM duration. I'll definitely keep experimenting and see if the trend continues! I can honestly say when I use the chill presets I do feel calm, and a little sleepy which is great. It makes you feel cosy and safe!
Candice has been incredibly attentive. She responded so quickly when I reached out about expediting my order so it would arrive before my surgery, and I was so impressed to see that she's recently created a web app to continue supporting her customers beyond their purchase (which actually reminded me to come back and write this review!).
