Amazing shoes and service
I never review anything online, but these shoes are so beautiful and I had such a fabulous experience with TLB Mallorca’s customer service that I just want to support this brand. This is the second pair of loafers I’ve bought from them and both are incredible quality and even more incredible to find at this price point. This is not a small purchase for me and they very politely answered all of my ridiculous questions via email. That included the owner himself reviewing pictures of me wearing my other pair of TLB shoes to gauge how well this last would accommodate my foot shape. I am going to wear these shoes at my wedding this summer and overall could not be more pleased with the product or the customer service. I will be buying from them again and already recommend them to everyone I know. If you’re reading and you’re on the fence, just buy them. They look even more stunning in person.
