ESPRO P7 French Press + FREE Deep clean

Not upset and angry, just disappointed.

Esprit P7 is fantastic. Nothing but good things to say about your product. However, I was very disappointed. The product arrived damaged packaging torn open plastic inside ripped none of the original wrapping around the pot itself. It had definitely been interfered with. Not just damage en route when I called excellent service for sure, and the lady gave me a very large reduction to hold onto it however, I’ve never been really happy. I believe the product should’ve been replaced without charge right away. Other companies would do that I believe. Sure I got some money off, but to this day, I feel like I was short changed. I believe the company not the product cut me down. Actually the people I was dealing with were on excellent you guys should’ve simply sent me a new one without any question. I was talked into accepting something. I regretted it afterwards and couldn’t change because I had agreed to take the discount. It never made up for having my brand new perfectly boxed excellent esprit p7. I was reluctant to accept your request and let you know because I hate complaining. However, in retrospect having thought about it, I think it’s good as you know something like this when you fail a customer as much as you did me in sending me a damaged product in a broken box torn wrapping, and plastic covering the product torn open it had been taken out before you should’ve immediately replaced it at no cost and told me to send back the old one in my own time you have it that’s why I’m slow to give a review, because a product is so good. It deserves 10 out of 10, the service very good. Also the lady very nice, but the way you accompany had her handle. It was all wrong. Anyway, you asked there it is again I reiterate, wonderful product, excellent service, but pushed into a corner to accept something. I really didn’t want to and I’ve never been happy since you’re faithful John Henry Corcoran.
