Very nice dispenser

It took a minute to understand how to judge when it needed to be filled. I like cold and fresh water, so now I've got the timing down and how to fill it and keep cold water all the time.

Good product

The design and packaging are clearly very thoughtful. The product itself is solid and I’m happy with it. The only complaint I have is the refill process, which might just be a result of the big size. It has a small window at the top to refill, which can be finicky depending on how your sink is. And due to the slower filter speed (which is fine, because the filter does a lot), refilling means leaving it in the sink for a good while and refilling 2-3 rounds to get it all the way topped up.

Water has never tasted so good!

I bought a LifeStraw Home Dispenser for my partner for his birthday after he mentioned to me his concerns about microplastics in our water. It's now four months later, and I can say that we LOVE our LifeStraw dispenser. The water is delicious, which makes us each want to drink plenty, and the 18 cup dispenser has been perfect for both of us. It looks nice on our counter (I bought wisteria) and the filters are easy to change. This is among the best purchases I've ever made. Highly recommend!
