Runmefit S5 Fitness Tracker

I am a small person with tiny wrists. The length of the tracker, which is about 3 inches, is still too long for my wrist. I keep catching it on everything and it extends too far out on both ends of my wrist. I am also disappointed that there was not a charging cable that came with it. So I ordered the charging cable ASAP but it took a week to get to me. I am not pleased and would like a refund for both, please!
