Poor Customer Service and No Accountability for Lost Order

I ordered a pair of Koio Lido Suede Loafers on May 30, 2026, and UPS lost the package. Nearly a month later, I still have not received the shoes, a replacement, or a refund. What made the experience especially frustrating was Koio’s handling of the situation through its customer service representative, Larissa. Rather than taking responsibility for ensuring that I received the product I paid for, Larissa continued to defer to the UPS investigation. I was also left with the clear impression that Koio would have acted more quickly if I had purchased the optional Package Protection, which is completely unacceptable. A customer should not have to buy an extra protection plan for Koio to stand behind an order that was never delivered. I repeatedly made clear that I needed the shoes for upcoming events, which are for the July 4th weekend. Now the shoes are backordered, and it is too late for me to receive them in time. Larissa’s responses felt dismissive and blasé, with no real urgency or accountability. At this point, I no longer want a replacement. I want a refund. Prospective customers should be aware that this is how Koio treats its customers when something goes wrong. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and Koio should take full responsibility for how this was handled. I will not be purchasing from Koio again.

I love the look of my new Lidos! The Mineral color goes perfectly with cooler tones and has become one of my favorite colors to wear. They're comfortable, stylish, and really elevate my overall look. Easy to dress up or down, and I've been reaching for them all the time. Great purchase!

Excellent Shoes

Really outstanding, well made, and very comfortable. I wear a 13 sneaker and a 12 dress shoe and these are perfect with thin, no-show socks in a 12.
