It just works, and that's high praise
I'd been fighting with the buggy USB-C firmware Dell abandoned on their 2019 series ultrawide monitors for years now. I don't know why I never thought "just get a Thunderbolt dock." I bought the Anker because it's got a built-in power supply, so no brick to find a home for, and it worked perfectly, the first time and every time. No weird power delivery restarts, no random USB hub disconnections, and full USB 3 speeds, all unlike the monitor's built-in USB-C connection. Plus Ethernet (which, by the way, you need to reboot while attached for a Mac to start seeing). I worried about the built-in found being loud, but I've never heard it. And you can turn the light off with a tap. I think the only downside is the built-in SD reader is slower than the one on my MacBook Pro.

Nice Hub
This hub was everything I was looking for but a little bit pricey. Beside that, I think it's an overall great product. Wish it had the support of two simultaneous HDMI for ease of use. It works well with both Windows and Mac without any issues. It doesn't require a block and is visually a cool designed product. Overall, a wonderful product from Anker, as always.

Great Hub
The hub arrived a few weeks ago. The setup was fairly easy. The connectivity is working great. I transferred files from older drives to new drives. There were no issues. My setup uses 14 M4 MacBook M4 plus a LG 4k monitor. Everthing connected well.
