I’ve been buying hats and trying to find the right look since 1981. I’ve bought wool felts, cowboy hats, and hats from vendors who are an eyelash away from getting it right. This quest has taken me to fifty-eight years of age, where I finally found myself in a position to take a leap, and buy an HJ. As I’m a grumpy old man now, the Destiny seemed the logical choice. The longer I wear it, the more ai love it. It has begun to develop its character with each successive donning… I’m proud to be an owner of this lovely hat.

Lucky hat

I am thrilled with my custom made bespoke copy of my “Lucky Indy Hat” I wore the original hat as Indy’s stunt double throughout the first 3 Indiana Jones movies. And it became famous as Vics Lucky Hat and kept me safe.

The real Indiana Jones Hat!

I purchased the Dial of Destiny Indiana Jones fedora because I liked how it looked in the movie and to mark the last IJ movie with Harrison Ford. My hat arrived faster than I expected and I was so excited when it arrived and I was not disappointed. The hat is perfect!!!! From the size, shaping and material it was just perfect! I could not be more pleased! To have a real IJ fedora from Herbert Johnson Hatters is a real treasure! I’m so satisfied that I’m planning on purchasing another IJ hat but from a different movie.
