Organic British Grass-Fed Ghee 450g

Wow!

I've used supermarket ghee in the past, so I wasn't holding out any great hope that this would be better. How wrong was I. It is AMAZING! I made scrambled eggs with it, just as a 'try it and see', and the taste was out of this world. Creamy, dreamy scrambled eggs. Now I'm running out of ghee because I keep finding myself using it a lot! I'll be back for more.

So far l have only used this Ghee to fry eggs. Hey what a difference the flavour is enhanced and the eggs are beautifully frazzled.. Taste and texture.. What more could you want. 👍

Love the flavour and creamy richness. Great in coffee to simple fried eggs. A pantry staple.
