Spanish Light Avocado Oil Squeezy 750ml

Love it!

First time purchase and I absolutely love this oil. I've used it in salad dressings and have basically substituted it for rapeseed and olive oil in most of my dishes with great results. I did some simple homecooked potato wedges in the oven using a small amount of the oil with some seasoning and they came out lovely and crisp without being greasy - can taste the potato rather than the oil they were cooked in. It's so easy to apply and control the flow of the oil because of the squeezy bottle. Still experimenting with it but so far so good!

This is just the best all rounder oil, great for frying, dressings and baking. It's mild taste leaves no bitterness after heating and that's exactly what I want!
