I've seen a lot of videos( normally American) using beef tallow, and I always thought that lard would be a fair substitute. Nope, not even close. I've used it to make steak which was tasty as get out. But it came into it's own when I used it to make my Yorkshire Puddings. What a game changer. I will definitely be buying more. Thanks Good Phats, you're going to bankrupt me, your products are that good.
