Avoid this product

At first they never sent me the item but indicated they did, then when they finally sent it, it was useless. No matter what position, no matter how tight or loose I always got a positioning error. I even had my niece who is a doctor try positioning it. Still nothing. I would say avoid this product and ordering from this site, I know I wish I had, money wasted.
