Creative Comeback XXXL Palette

Fantastic palette! i had purchased the bridal XXL palette a while back for a wedding and fell in love with the brand. this palette is amazing just like that one. highly recommend this palette!!

words cant describe the way i gasped when i got this! so many shades and such good pigment. all these colors i wont have to buy another palette. ive been getting into eye makeup and this was the perfect purchase. worth the monies for sure

Absolutely love the palette! Pigment is outstanding, very little fall out with the shimmers (that’s a challenge) overall phenomenal palette! The only issue I came across is when the package was delivered, it looked like Ace Ventura had delivered it. The package was destroyed, so when I saw that, I quickly opened it to make sure the palette wasn’t damaged, thank goodness it was fine because it wasn’t until after that I saw the box says once opened it’s yours forever, no refund, no exchanges. So if the palette were damaged because of poor packaging and shipping, I’d be stuck with it? Like there was no need to call attention to the packaging being damaged because the palette was fine but really? No plan set in place if the palette had been damaged? And what if the packaging had been fine but the palette damaged? I understand wanting to cut down on waste and keep profits up but a damaged palette is a damaged palette, no one can have what they ordered simply because they opened the box to discover damage?
