Glazed Donut Lip Kit

I would have LOVED this lip kit if I was actually able to use it. Upon receiving it it was impossible to open the top on lip liner by hand. When I was finally able to open it with a pair of pliers, the tip was broken off inside. I kept trying to sharpen it and it kept breaking off. After sharpening more than 1/4 the way down I gave up. Reached out to customer service, to request a new liner only, not a refund, just a new liner. Although very polite, the hoops the customer service team were making me jump through was insane to say the least. I get in a business you have to be careful with frivolous claims and people trying to get over. Between March 21st and June 5th I spent $350 on products from this brand. So I assure you I'm not a trying to get something for nothing type of customer. In my opinion having spent that much money to ask for a replacement defective liner was not too much but maybe it's just me.

I love this one the liner is thick and smooth going on and the lip gloss smells like a glazed donut 👌
