Qetoe Low Carb Lasagna Sheets 120g ( 4 x 120g Pack )

I use this all the time now as it is both Gluten Free and Low Carb, it suits my Husband and I. Whether traditional Lasagne or any of the vegetable or other varieties I make, it works well.

Great nutrition profile. Easy to use. My suggestion is if texture can be softened to more like pasta? Tastes good when in lasagna and is a new staple in my recipes

So glad I bit the bullet and decided to try Qetoe. I love lasagne, but not the carbs. I tried these out for the first time last week and was really impressed. Could barely tell the difference. The only difference I noticed is that regular pasta sheets allow you to simply eat with a fork, I found these to be a little harder to do that with— I simply ate with a knife as well. I think pre-cooking the sheets would resolve this, but the texture/mouth-feel was still very pleasing. I will definitely be purchasing again.
