What a sadness

Completely dissatisfied. You sent me a different belt from the one I purchased. This belt was a gift for a family member’s birthday. How can such a mistake happen when every item in your online shop has its own identification code? I didn’t open the package because I trusted that something as simple as picking the correct belt from your warehouse would be standard procedure. That’s why I handed over the unopened package on the day of the birthday. I would like to purchase it again, but the correct belt, exactly the one I selected — not a different model. You sent me the wrong item.

Sized small . Leather was not soft

Could a dinner better job with the size dimensions also, the leather was hard not like it was treated and tanned and softened
